A segment is a named filter (locale, app version, platform, tags) you can reuse across flags, controls, block rules, and pushes.
Create a segment
DashboardApps → your app → Segments → New segment

- Internal QA — tag
tier = internal. Test every change here first. - Legacy versions —
app_version < 2.0.0. Roll forced-update rules against this. - Region —
country in [DE, FR]. Use with campaigns.
